Josh Johnson
Florida
Josh joined the Ballparkradio broadcast crew as a guest color commentator for the 2009 ISC World Tournament.
He has played Major fastpitch for the past 6 years and for almost every Wisconsin team ever assembled. He started with the Bar on the Avenue playing shortstop and now pitches for the Bar of Green Bay.
Personal:
Josh describes himself as “very single and very easy.”
He is finishing up a doctoral degree in sport psychology, writing several books, training softball players, and finds time to pursue available women.
Josh says he “enjoys life to it’s most reckless extent, and play in a similar fashion and passion. I like a well mixed Captain, and my go-to song in karaoke is Tiny Dancer by Elton John. My brother’s song is Boombastic by Shaggy. He says “I don’t enjoy ignorance unless it’s planned or intended, nor authoritative figures that try to over control a pure sport (don’t want to get fined or hated upon). Other than that I am all about the love!”
Josh is an avid poster on Facebook. Find him here.
